These guys took on a big project converting the back garden into a usable space and an extension of our home. They worked long hours and always made sure things were tidy before leaving. They have done a fantastic job and I would recommend them. I am having them back next year to take on the front of the home, another large project.

Our back garden fence was blown down in a storm and needed replacing. We also decided to have our other ageing fence replaced at the same time. We had David and Mathew to carry out the work and we are delighted with the finished result. Our new fences are first-class with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Matthew and David are lovely people and more importantly very good at what they do.

We asked them to repaint most of our house and they did a really great job. They go above and beyond the spec given and always make sure the work is cleared up before the leave each day.

We had excellent service from David and Matthew. The quality of their work was first class from start to finish, including much very valuable advice and help with alteration during the work.

We could not be happier with the finished article, being a large deck and laying of artificial grass and a resitting of fencing.

HHI provided an outstanding service from beginning to end. They completely transformed a very sad and tired part of our garden by constructing an extensive patio and landscaped area, including installing drainage, foundations, paving, mono block and turfing. They were a pleasure to have working for us; nothing was too much trouble for them, even changes to the agreed specifications along the way. They were polite, courteous, helpful, and kept us in the loop continuously.

They worked extremely hard and extremely long hours, including Saturdays when required. The delivery of materials was well organized, phased and in time for the next stage of the work. The area was left clean and tidy everyday, and especially at the end of the project. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company and plan to use them again in the future. Outstanding value for money.

We decided that an extension to our 30 year old patio was required (extended family take up more room!).

HHI provided a competitive quote in autumn 2020 and commenced the work on time to the day in early February - quite remarkable after a long winter! From the very outset we were most impressed with their work ethic. Despite far from ideal weather conditions the work continued at pace to create a first class outcome. It's refreshing to be able to engage with pleasant well mannered staff ... so grateful thanks to David, Mathew and Peter.

HHI recently decorated our large lounge, including some areas of filling and skimming to make all walls smooth. Work was carried out thoroughly with attention to preparation and detail. Walls and woodwork were stripped, sugar soaped, filled, sanded or skimmed as required and no paint was applied until all surfaces were to standard.

Communication was courteous and clear. Mess and intrusion kept to a minimum. Cost was reasonable.

The finished result was stunning with excellent overall cover and smooth finishes. Many thanks to Matthew and co for their hard work.

Dave and Mathew completed a garden landscaping job for me to the very highest standard. The job included amongst other things, levelling of the ground, constructing a new fence, laying an extensive area of patio, removal of an old shed and laying a base for a new shed and laying an area of artificial grass. I am over the moon with the transformation!

Dave and Mathew were meticulous in their work and always ensured the area was left tidy at the end of each day. They were extremely conscientious and hard-working, often working till late in the evening and working weekends when needed. Luckily for me they were working late in the evening when a leaking tap in the bathroom resulted in my living room ceiling collapsing! They jumped into action securing the remaining ceiling and have in fact returned to complete the repairs.

I would not hesitate to recommend Hopkins Home Improvements to anyone and would definitely use them myself again in the future for other home improvement work.

Matthew and David put a new patio in for me a few weeks back . They are hard working , arrived on time and worked till late in the evening most nights, They work to a very high standard and do more than asked , and are trustworthy, they are very pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job conscientiously done by lovely people! We've had three jobs done by Hopkins Home Improvements and we'd have them back to do more!

They put up a new fence in our garden. Job took very little time, and was excellent quality - not a flimsy fence panel in sight: Mathew built the fence from scratch, and cut each plank separately to size. It's a fabulous job, and was very reasonably priced too.

Hopkins Home Improvements also fitted our kitchen work surfaces. Again, a fantastic job! The work was meticulous.

Hopkins Home Improvements also saved the day when my husband knocked a hole into a radiator pipe and flooded the kitchen! They were round in an instant, and sorted it really quickly.

They're so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And they give you the choice to decide how you want the job done.

I can't rate them highly enough!!

Thank you so much Hopkins Home improvements for an outstanding service from start to finish. I am absolutely delighted with the work you carried out on my property which was above and beyond any level of service or craftsmanship I have experienced in the past.

The work was very thorough and professional and always carried out with a smile. There were a few extra things that needed doing that we’re not in the original plan and there was no hesitation in carrying these jobs out.

There is ongoing monthly maintenance needed in our garden and we have had no hesitation in asking Hopkins Home Improvement to help us with this work.
